      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of my customer created filesystems based on different LUNs on different controlers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; (ex below): snapdrive storage create -fs /mnt/testfs -lun storage_array1:/vol/vol1/lun2 -lun storage_array1:/vol/vol2/lun2 -lunsize 100m&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does SMO work with a such storage layout (having datafiles on a such LUN) ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bruno&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H5&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/H5&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, SMO 3.0 supports file systems that are on LUNS spanning controllers and volumes and aggregated together with a hostside volume manager, as long as the storage systems are running ONTAP 7.2 or higher.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
