    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My snap creator jobs are all failing.&amp;nbsp; My server version is 4.1.1.&amp;nbsp; Agents are 4.0p1.&amp;nbsp; Nothing is changed that I'm aware of.&amp;nbsp; Initially I was getting a java exception error, but I've reinstalled java and snap creator.&amp;nbsp; Now I receive error: ERROR: com.netapp.snapcreator.storage.executor.ZapiExecutorException: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Connection has been shutdown: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Server chose SSLv3, but that protocol version is not enabled or not supported by the client.&amp;nbsp; It's our qtr close so I need the backups working, but being qtr close, I have to tread very lightly in what I do to fix the problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is greatly apprectiated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Michael&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
