storage policy unavailable on snapmanager for sharepoint 8.2 backup plan creation

hello all,

on snapmanager for sharepoint 8.2, we don't have any storage policy available on drop list when we create a pla backup. we have previously create a physical/logcal and policy.

did you have the same issue.

Change the storage policy setting:
allow all farms to use this device to status all farms, in case it is set to none.

Refer SMSP 8.2 Platform Backup and Restore User’s Guide page 17
