Error gathering writer metadata

Just started using SnapProtect (V10)... Looks lika an intereseting product that could meet our requirement within our company. We are at the testing phase just now, I am trying to backup a physical Domain Controller.

I have installaed VSS Provider, iDATA AGENT, Files System and Active Directory. I can backup Active Directory no problem but problems occurs when i try to backup the File System using system state (Also tried without system state). I am keep getting Error gathering writer metadata. Following is the log file.
