Snap Creator 4.3.0 unable to backup domino

Hi, I need some help with a snap creator backup problem on one of our domino servers please.

I've updated to latest snap creator version 4.3.0 with the hope this would resolve this long standing issue, but no joy.

Have updated to latest java version.

Server OS: Windows 2008 R2

Same snapcreator config as we have working on other servers.

Thanks for the suggestions, i've tried all of those, increased the timeout threshold to 3600 and enabled the ignore application error settings.

Unfortunately the backups are still failing with:

Hi If SnapCreator 64 bit agent is installed, Dominos is 32 bit then it may cause this error as well. Run sh ser from Dominos console to check if its 32 bit.

I've found a fix for this.

I ran debug mode and it picked up a rogue .nsf file.

Also had to change the snapcreator services to run as a domain account rather than local service and backups running fine now.
