      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try this: Stop SnapManager service, remove old snapinfo directory (Rename the current snapinfo directory to be able to restore it). Start the service again and run the configuration wizard.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
