      <title>SME and RDM's  Virtual Compatibility Mode (VMware)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Right to the point. We have MS Exchange virtualized (vmware) and are using RDM on physical compatibility mode for the DB luns.&amp;nbsp;The Exchange DB luns are presented via FC HBA. We rely on SME 7.2 for Exchange backups. I would like to change the RDM Compatibility mode&amp;nbsp; from physical to virtual so that I have more flexibility later during a storage migration to a new HCI cluster.&amp;nbsp; Will this affect SME backups. Is there anything else i need to consider for this change besides SME. I have read the SME 7.2.1 Install and Setup guide but could not find anything there.&lt;/P&gt;
