Hi,

I am using snapcreator 4.3.3p1 for setting up backup of HANA 2 multi-tenant with a single database tenant.

I have created a single configuration which does local snapshot backup and file based backup.

Manual execution of file based backup works fine, but scheduled file based backups doesn't work, schedule doesn't execute at all. What could be the issue?

However, manual and scheduled snapshot based backups is working fine. Any help is appreciated.

Have you found the solution to your query yet?

As I understand, you mentioned 'file-based' backup via manual execution works, but schedule one fails ? Is there any error message that you can share with us ?

With file-based data backups, the backup schedule is typically once per day (Page:7)

Could you try deleting the 'file-based' backup that worked via manual execution first before running schedule ? Could you just run one file-based backup via schedule method for the day.

I believe logs should give us some indication, have you raised a ticket with NetApp yet ?
