    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have 2 separate vSphere systems connecting to one&amp;nbsp; AFF-A300 Netapp storage. Both vSphere Vcenter Appliances have an individual Netapp VSC Appliance, and both are creating backups on a scheduled basis.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, One of the vSphere Snapcenter Plugins is giving the error&amp;nbsp;"No backups available at this time." and will not display the backups to restore from!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried the following, and re registered&amp;nbsp; the SCV plugin.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While following the kb mentioned, did you find multiple entry for the webclient under the below directory:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Virtual Appliance:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;/etc/vmware/vsphere-ui/vc-packages/vsphere-client-serenity/&lt;BR /&gt;/etc/vmware/vsphere-client/vc-packages/vsphere-client-serenity/&lt;BR /&gt;Windows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C:\ProgramData\VMware\vCenterServer\cfg\vsphere-ui\vc-packages\vsphere-client-serenity\&lt;BR /&gt;C:\ProgramData\VMware\vCenterServer\cfg\vsphere-client\vc-packages\vsphere-client-serenity\&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you do remove both and re-attempt the registry, make sure to refollow the steps before and in between.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
