    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;customer Sync SnapMirror trigger "CSS creation failed due to timeout" just two times and solved next in-common Snapshot creation operation refer KB &lt;A href="https://kb.netapp.com/onprem/ontap/dp/SnapMirror/Synchronous_SnapMirror_css_creation_failed_due_to_timeout" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://kb.netapp.com/onprem/ontap/dp/SnapMirror/Synchronous_SnapMirror_css_creation_failed_due_to_timeout&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but customer still want to know the root cause because they require "provide answer to management", after review source and destination cluster did not relative workload or latency issue, but the KB did not provide about "common Snapshot creation fail" more information. Any idea or reference information let customer to be relieved of this worry and concern?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
