      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;our customers want's to use snapshot technology for SAP Oracle DBs. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How is the current NetApp policy regarding SnapCreator and Snapmanager?&amp;nbsp; Is it a must to use SnapManager or are &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we allowed to use SnapCreator in combinantion with SAP / Oracle DBs?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;Best Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Andreas&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
