Unable to access the github repository for the community-plugins: Error while merging accounts

Hello,

last week I tried to download the CACHE-plugin. I followed the advice on www.snapcreator.com -> join and tried to merge my github account with my NOW-Account. But whatever password I give, I'm getting the following error:

Incorrect password.

Email address in use There is already an account associated with your GitHub email address. Type your Snap Creator Developer Community account password to merge accounts.

I've already sent an email to xdl-snapcreator-admin@netapp.com on saturday but didn't receive an answer until now. A colleague of mine seems to have the same problem.

Can anybody help?

Is there any alternative to downloading the plugins via github? For the moment I'd need the CACHE-plugin rather urgently ...

Sorry for late response the admins of the community were on vacation or away for a week.

Sounds like you need to create a github account which doesnt have an email associated to it, can you do this? If this doesnt work send us your github username and we can manually add you.

Hello Keith,

github starts with a mail-adress, so accounts without mail-address wont work I’d assume.

My NOW-Account is AdvUni-MG2

My github-account is mnglora

If you could merge them today it would be great because I have a remote-session with the customer tomorrow 😉
