Currently they have a application using port 9090, which prevents the installation of the agent to even start. I have provided a workaround to disable the application and to complete the SnapCreator agent installation and change the default port. This workaround would be useful if they only had 1 or 2 AIX boxes, but they have more than 20 in their environment.
