      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;chao,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to ping 10.0.7.42 from your snapcreator server?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are the ports open for ZAPI calls to be executed towards DFM? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This seems to be a basic communication issue as the timestamps are continuous without any delay in between.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Siva Ramanathan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
