is the snapcreator agent service multithreaded by default ? If not do we have to modify something ?

Multhithreaded support is available only for Linux/Unix. In windows its always single threaded.

Following is how you can start the agent in normal and multi threaded modes:

Single thread:

--start-agent <port> Start the NetApp Snap Creator Framework Agent listening on port <port> or

on port 9090, if no port is specified

Multi thread:

--start-multithreaded-agent <port> Start the NetApp Snap Creator Framework multi-threaded Agent

listening on port <port> or on port 9090, if no port is specified (Only supported on Linux/unix)

Is there a future version for Windows agent ?

It is on the roadmap but we can't say which release.

To me, it looks possible only after the 4.0 release as that will need complete Agent re-architecture.
