We are working on getting a large telco account and they have a large Tru64 Oracle installation. It would be great if we could utilize SnapCreator to backup/SnapVault/SnapMirror the Oracle databases.

Thanks in advance.

Jens

CSE Denmark

Hi Jens,

We don'T have a compiler for tru64 therefore we can't create a release for tru64. The only thing that may be opiton is to use old version of SnapCreator v2.6 when we distributed source code but this would have to get approval from Gary Zasman and Michelle Nguyen. SC 2.6 will run as source code and as long as customer installs perl or has it already installed it should work on tru64 for Oracle.

Regards,

Keith Tenzer
