Sorry but SnapCreator is not available directly. The way to get SnapCreator is through your NetApp Sales Rep.

We are working on the process and the program currently to make this solution available to APSPs in a phased approach in the near future. Please work with your NetApp partner manager on this request, who will in turn work with the NetApp SnapCreator team.

If you are NetApp Partner or NetApp Customer, Snap Creator Framework and application plug-ins for MySQL, DB2 and Oracle (Snap Creator v3.3), is available free of cost and downloadable at http://now.netapp.com under software downloads section starting Jan 3rd week. Support through NGS is available for customers with a valid NetApp storage system support entitlement.
