SME Support for Exchange 2013 SP1 and Exchange 2016 DAG WITHOUT Cluster Admin Access Point

Looking to get an answer on whether SME supports backing up an Exchange DAG WITHOUT a cluster administrative access point. For details about the specific Exchange feature I am referring to see:

Hi,

SME 7.2 supports Exchange 2016 and Exchange without AAP.

We see from the release notes that "SnapManager 7.2 for Microsoft Exchange includes support for the following: Database AvailabilityGroup (DAG) without an Administrative Access Point (AAP), Microsoft Exchange Server 2016, and clustered Data ONTAP 8.3.2

Does this mean that it does or does not support Exchange 2013 without AAP? It would seem to imply it does as it does not say the opposite.
