ERROR during restore from snapshot

Hi to ALL.

I have some questions.

Using Snap Creator 4.1.1 +VmWare ESX 5.5 I create snapshot VM, from datastore on NetApp. Creating completed without any errors. But when I trying restore this snap a have some errors::

BUT!!!!

VM revert to needed snapshot.

how I can resolve this problem?
