https://community.netapp.com/t5/Data-Protection/snmp3-and-dfm-user-doesn-t-exist/m-p/105707#M4336 Greetings<BR />I have created a domain user and added it to the administrators group in the filer<BR />Useradmin domainuser add domain\abc<BR />I'm trying to use this user for snmp3 configuration for DFM<BR />Whenever I run 'diagnose connectivity ' between dfm and the filer I got an error on the filer complaining that user doesn't exist.<BR />I can however log-in the filer using this user via ssh.<BR /><BR />Snmp3 works fine if I use a local user in the filer instead of this user.<BR /><BR />I have tried using the SID instead of the username in the snmp credentials on dfm but I got time out error.<BR /><BR />Is it possible to use domain user for snmp3 ?
