Time-Based Restore on SnapManager for Sharepoint error

I am trying to perform a test time-based restore on snap manager for sharepoint.

I selected Time-based restore/ then selected the backup job. As soon as I get to step 2 which is data selection and select the single Farm available I get this error:

Can anyone help with this?

This error had a DOCave on the window title box. Can anyone help identify what this is?

You will find informa tion regarding the permission needed for the product at the link below

https://library.netapp.com/ecm/ecm_download_file/ECMP1203776

For what the item level restore is concerned, check that the
backup has been really taken at item level

Deepuj,

it was not working before. I looked at your link and verfied all of its permissions to the farm, web applications and sql server.

I ran a backup and did the restore process and still has the same error.

I looked at the backup job and I dont see WSS_Content but should i?
