sybase ASE (15.7_sp110) backup failed

Hello,

We´re trying to start an sybase ASE backup with snapcreator (sybase version: 15.7. SP 110) and the backup fails with following information (see error-log below)

I´ve installed the scAgent on the host with SID "HRQ" on a seperate system. The scServer runs on an other system. Both have same snapcreator version 4.0.0.1

On the scServer I´ve the system entries for system HRQ in it, also all DBs (master, SID, model, ... etc.) with right passwords. I´ve all checked twice.

The strange thing is, that on an other system with the same settings, the snapcreator backup runs successful without errors.

One more information that could be a reason: We´ve made a systemcopy (with dump database option) few days ago. But the systemcopy was successful and the systems + DB runs fine since that.

Please assist us in this case.

Can you please post the debug log? which has the details reason for quiesce failure.
