Problem with Snapmanager 5.0 for Sharepoint

Hello,

We have a problem with Snapmanager for Sharepoint.

This is the alerts log:

The indexing server is a VM with two raw lun, and these raw luns are logs fors searching, you can't backup these with snapmanager.

It is posible but you must connect the lun's with snapdrive as normal lun's. (backup/copy al to the new lun)

It happens when i try to make a (full) backup of everething.

Hello All,

Our Scheduled Jobs keeps failing and says Completed with Exceptions.

Did anybody get a resolution for the above issue, our Backups are failing since December , it sometimes runs on Weeknds and we tried all ways to get this running but it still doesnt work, can any body suggest any solution.Thanks in Advance
