Backup Failure? Exchange 2010

Hi Guys,

I need some help with this, I have been googling and looking for answers and nothing seems to work.

I have Snap Man that runs my Exchange backups, for the last week i keep getting the following errors :

[09:57:38.627] Backup SG/DB [Mailbox Database 2029909469] Error: SnapManager detected the following Exchange writer error. Please retry SnapManager operation.

VSS_E_WRITERERROR_RETRYABLE: The writer failed due to an error that might not occur if another snapshot copy is created.

[09:57:38.627] Failed to backup storage groups/databases.

[06:44:41.916] *****BACKUP DETAIL SUMMARY*****

[06:44:41.916] Backup group set #1:

[06:44:41.916] Backup SG/DB [non-HO_Users2010] Error: VSS asynchronous call timed out.

[06:44:41.916] ***SNAPMANAGER BACKUP JOB ENDED AT: [06-05-2014_06.44.41]

[06:44:41.916] Failed to backup storage groups/databases.

I have restarted the services on both VSS and SNAP MAN

Please help. as this services has been running with no problems for at least 2 years.
