      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am testing an SMBR restore and continue to the the error below. Any ideas on what is going on. The snapshots are mounted correctly and I can brows to the DB and logs. I can continue and restore without using the logs. Any idea what is going on here?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"An error occurred processing the log files, continuing without the logs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note, Continuing without the logs may result in data omission from the store due to data contained by the missing log files"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All I have found i9s a link with this issue with version 4.X had has been resolved with a patch release&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://support.netapp.com/NOW/cgi-bin/bol?Type=Detail&amp;amp;Display=288659" title="http://support.netapp.com/NOW/cgi-bin/bol?Type=Detail&amp;amp;Display=288659" target="_blank"&gt;http://support.netapp.com/NOW/cgi-bin/bol?Type=Detail&amp;amp;Display=288659&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently running&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ontap 8.1.2p4 7mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SME 6.0.4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SDW 6.5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DSM 4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HUK 6.0.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SMBR 6.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Outlook 2010 x32&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get the same issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently running&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ontap 8.1.2p4 7mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SME 6.0.4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SDW 6.4.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SMBR 6.0.3&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Outlook 2010 x32&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SMBR was working fine before upgrading. I upgraded only to follow the compatibility matrix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No Exchange circular logs configured on the mailboxes for the DB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help us ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Brian,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you send us a printscreen of the snapshot you use with SnapDrive to mount the log files Lun ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i made a stupid mistake by testing several times and having the error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i used the elogsinfo snapshot instead of the snapshot containing the right logs.
