SnapManager 6.0.4 for Exchange 2010 backup errors

Hi,

I have a problem with the backup of Exchange 2010 with SnapManager for Exchange 6.0.4.

On the server I have installed SnapManager for Exchange 6.0.4 and SnapDriver 6.4.2.

When I try to do a backup I get the follwing errors in the EventLog: ---> Errors in the file sme_errors.txt

If anyone could help me, I would be very grateful.

Hi,

The problem is solved.

It was only the public folder database that made the problem. After I found it out.

I created a new volume(qtree and lun) and moved the db to the new volume and it worked without problems.

I am having issues with SME verifying ...Sometimes the verification works and at other times it fails. I have done the following

1. Bounced the Verification server

2. Restarted the VD & Snap Drive Services

Checked the logs on the process I see the below :-
