Netapp issue with VM GUEST SQL SERVER 2008

Hello,

We are having performance issue on our VM GUEST that is running SQL Server 2008. The vm guest is in its own Volume.

Is there a way to configure the volume for the VM Guest get the best performance ??

7-Mode or Cluster-Mode? In 7-Mode you can use FlexShare to prioritize that volume. In Cluster-Mode, starting with 8.2RC1 you can set QoS policies per vserver, volume, lun ...

How can you tell? Please see attachment, I believe its in a cluster-mode.

It is 7-Mode, so please configure FlexShare.
