We’d like to change the recovery mode of the clone so as to avoid unnecessary logging and hopefully speed up the index rebuild on the clone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';"&gt;Would setting the recovery to simple on the clone affect the source?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
