Are there any Snapmirrors or SMSQL jobs running at the same time?

Any de-duplication? If this is set to auto consider setting the de-dupe to run on a schedule out of hours.

A disk reallocate may also help with performance depending on your set up, but I would wait for Netapp Support to confirm after reviewing your data.

We have provided some of the luns to SQL cluster and there is performance issue when they are running some DB scripts on the server where the luns are located. We have checked NetApp filers CPU, memory and switch port I/O ratings. Evrything is normal..We have collected perf stat from filer and sent it to NetApp support and waiting for update. Can any one Please suggest on this, If you faced same kind of issue earlier ?
