The issue finally got resolved. The problem was with the firewall between the Exchange DAG nodes. The firewall was blocking a tcp port 21224. After allowing this port between the DAG members the logs were cleared and everything was working perfectly.

Hi,

I have Exchange 2010 DAG setup and a few databases. Im using Snapmanager for Exchange 6.01R1 along with Snapdrive 6.2.1

We create a full backup job and select to truncate the logs and verify.

When the backup jobs finishes, I notice that none of the logs are truncated except for public folder logs.

I've been reading that the other mailbox node in the DAG has to be up to date with the latest log files before truncating can occur. But there is 0 lag on the database and logs in Exchange CLI for the database.

Has anyone else seen this ?
