    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has been resolved way back ago; If I remember it correctly it has something to due with setting. My advice is to check all setting twice and make sure that Snapmanager and snapdrive service is started on both servers (assume that you also run active-passive ms cluster)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Snapmanager for SQL on MS cluster 2008 x64 ent</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have installed active passive MS cluster, and SQL 2008 on it. On both nodes installed snapmanager and snapdrive utility. however the snapmanager can only connect to the cluster adress fron one node, when a failover is performed where node 2 is owner, the snapmanager&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;error message attached, any clue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="http://community.netapp.com/legacyfs/online/8173_error.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems that SnapManager has to run under the same account SnapDrive, even though the documentation says they can run under different accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once I set them both to use the same service account it allowed me to connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adam &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
