    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a customer who is using SQL to mirror data from one server to another.&amp;nbsp; This is the native SQL database replication.&amp;nbsp; The back end storage is NetApp in both locations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They are asking if it is possible to use snapmanager for SQL to back up and clone from either the source or the target server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This best practice guide references the SQL replication process (page 5) but doesn't give specific guidance on how Snapmanager for SQL 5.1 handles communication with its components.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
