Currently we are running Oracle 10-11g database servers on VM. We are trying to figure out a solution using Protection manager, SMO-3, SnapMirror and VMWARE Site Recovery Manager. We have a backup site in another state where we will replicate the snapshot backups. If our site goes down fully in the Primary what the best way is to restore at the DR site. We would like to script it to fit it into SRM. I was thinking we take a clone and mount to the server that gets brought up via SRM. Any ideas? Thanks for the help
