    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe this is caused by the VMware VSS writer conflicting with the VSS writer Snapdrive installs (are you using Application SnaMAnagers ? )For those VMs you will need to remove the VMware VSS writer I believe for the SMVI backups to complete error free.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are new netapp customer and have VI SnapManager setup to snap all our vm's once a day. When this happens our exchange server loses network connectivity for about 2 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone who can assist, i would appreciate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt; There are no specific issues that i see, but the exchange server also has Backup Exec 2010 Windows Agent install for backing up Exchange database. I do see these two in the system event log:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The BeVssProvider service entered the running state.&lt;BR /&gt;The Volume Shadow Copy service entered the running state.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also found this article that isnt 100% my scenerio but close:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/316570.htm" target="_blank"&gt;http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/316570.htm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im wondering if the two VSS are conflicting?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
