While trying to add a storage system from a windows 2003 SP1 server,we are getting the below message :

Storage details :

ONTAP : 7.3.2

Snapdrive Windows 6.2

MPIO is not installed

NOTE:

ssl is configured on the storage and the partner controller can be added successfully using snapdrive.

Snapdrive service account criteria has been met and same is being used to connect to the partner controller. We have also added the service account as administrators on the storage controllers.

While trying to use http as the transport protocol the below error is received :

Same configuration works on the partner controller.

Any pointers in troubleshooting this will be useful.

Thanks in advance.

You noted SSL is configured but are using http as the transport. Does it work with HTTPS or RPC?

May want to take a OntapWinDC to review the errors.
