      <title>LUN failing to mount during DBCC check</title>

color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;"&gt;I am getting an error when verifying my snapshot.&amp;nbsp; The DBCC gets through 6 databases, then tries mounting the seventh snapshot as a temporal LUN.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;"&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;"&gt;All databases are in the same volume.&amp;nbsp; The first 6 databases are in separate LUNs for recovery reasons.&amp;nbsp; The next 5 databases, which fail, share a LUN and drive letter.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;"&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;"&gt;I attached the entire log, but cut out a snippet that shows the successful unmounting of the previous drive, and the failure to mount the new drive.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your input.&amp;nbsp; Unfortunately, I don't think this is the solution.&amp;nbsp; The article you pointed me to is using vmware.&amp;nbsp; I am not using vmware.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is interresting that the DBCC fails to mount LUNs almost every night, but the LUN it fails on is random.&amp;nbsp; There are a few nights where the LUN mount does not fail at all, and it works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
