a snapdrive LUN created and destroyed messages on filer

we have such a problem which lasts for almost 2 months.....

Netapp filer: NETFAS01 , 7.3.2, FAS2050

it provides LUNs to a 2-node Windows SQLServer clusters , winsql01/winsql02, the virtual name is "AWOLTPSQLVS".

NETFAS01> lun show ========>there is a snapdrive clone LUN appearing and disappearing now and then

/vol/fnd_oltp_backups/dbbackups 400.1g (429557022720) (r/w, online, mapped)

.....................

our issue is that the following error messages show up every 15 minutes

we install snapdrive6.2 on the 2 windows nodes.

besides, the vritual name AWOLTPSQLVS is also a Symantec Netbackup client. And the backups run every 15 minutes and it enables "Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service(VSS)" to backup the openfile.

we once opened a case about this and the Netapp support thought our issue is relating to Symantec Netbackup as per http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH87754;

and we indeed have 2 snapshot provides on windows nodes now....since“Data ONTAP VSS Hardware Provider” is installed automatically as part of the Snap Drive software installation.....

so We do the change as per this symantec documentation to edit the registry table to "UseMicrosoftProvider" and reboot the nodes to take it into effect.................

but the error messages is still there.............
