      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried disk unfail -s &amp;lt;disk-name&amp;gt; and tried wiping the label too but of no use. Initially the filer was having 8.x installed and later I reverted it to Ironcity and this caused the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
