Snapmirror destination volumes and nosnap?

When snapmirroring from src_vol1 to dst_vol,1 what are the pros/cons of running snapshots on snapmirror destination volumes?

[ vol options dst_vol1 nosnap on (versus) vol options dst_vol1 nosnap off ]

If you are running volume snapmirror you do not set options or even snap schedules on destinations as it inherits those from the source.

Qtree SnapMirror is different.

Thanks Adam.

While reviewing the deistination volumes I thought the source volume had snapshots turned off and was confused as why there where snapshots in addition to the snapmirror snapshot. Upon your anwser I have checked source volume they match. That would also explain why I could not find anything in the docs. Thanks again.
