OSSV 3.0 & SQL restore

Hi Gurus,

i have tried to restore the sql datatbase that was backup via snapvault . i currently have hit techincal snag the restore for the backup is return the following error . i tried to do restore of entire database and also tried o select just the DB alone . i hit the same problems again . i had the database and log intially backuped to differenet qtree but later also tried to backup both them to same qtree. but the issues still persist.

Sub-Restore of OSSV__APP__CONFIG__ folder failed
Restore Operation Failed

The current enviroment

OSSV 3.0

windows 2003 SP1

SQL DATABASE 2005

NetApp

FAS 3020

OS 7.3.3.

Hello,

Check your messages file on the filer and check the snapvault.access, the target ip-adsress must be in the snapvault.access
