      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am about to upgrade from 8.0.1P3 7 mode&amp;nbsp; to 8.0.2P3 7 mode on 2 active/active clusters.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Went through auto support and I have upgraded the disk firmware.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have uploaded the ontap software to &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;\\filer\c$\etc\software\802P3_q_image.tgz&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all files are active at the moment using on fcp. no iscsi, cifs, or nfs sessions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will run&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;software update 802P3_q_image.tgz -r&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on both nodes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how do I ensure all luns remain online. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what step should i take next?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Steps are provided in Data ONTAP upgrade guide as well as ASUP upgrade adviser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most settings to ensure that LUNs remain online should have been taken on connected hosts, not on filer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

For version 7.x document is called "Active/Active configuration guide".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
