Can someone direct me on how to go about converting a new system that was shipped with 7-mode to CDOT?

thanks J for the reply. just the OS...it's a new system that hasn't been initialized.

i followed the KB article and was able to convert a 7mode simulator to cdot, so i know the kb instruction works.
