How to accelerate a running snap mirror job.

All,

We have a snap mirror replication which is in progress and has a throttle. I can change the throttle to get this completed sooner but as far as i know the new throttle parameters will come into effect only for new replication. The one running is a first replication which may be at 50% done and it is over WAN.

Is anyway i can accomplist this replication sooner ?

Any suggestion is appreciated.

If the relationship is throttled, you need to wait until it completes to take the new effect.

If you set the global flag, options replication - than you can jus turn that off

I tend to always set global setting, allows for more flexibility
