      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hey folks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;snapmirror status shows an old snapmirror relationship where the source is the current filer and the destination is some old, long gone filer.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I delete this orphaned relationship?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We had some other posts on this... the 2 usual suspects are either 1) an entry in /etc/snapmirror.conf that you need to delete or 2) an old snapmirror snapshot on the volume (snap list volname to see).&amp;nbsp; If neither of those then it is an orphan in the registry...there is a kb article on cleaning it up but requires some downtime on the node and should be done with support on the phone.&amp;nbsp; Check the first 2, then if neither of those open a support case and one of the engineers can webex or talk you through it quickly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Run snapmirror status to the list of old relationships&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Run snapmirror release on each relationship&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work you could use this approach:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;﻿&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Run a snap list on all the volumes on your system to find volumes with snapshots suffixed with "(snapmirror)"&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Look for entries that that have the host name of your old, long gone Filer&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Use snap delete to delete this snapmirror snapshots&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
