Is it possible to migrate data from 7-Mode(8.1.1) iSCSI volume to C-Mode(8.2.2) FC volume. If so, how would you set it up ?

A snapmirror from 7 mode to Cluster mode for DR purpose is not supported.

as with the other reply, the transition tool is the key...

that will do what you need.

to FC/ISCSI bit is not relevent, you can connect to the LUN however you want, it's just about getting the data from 7 to cdot

7MTT is the way to go. Highly recommend version 2.0
