      <description>&lt;P&gt;In 7 mode, use” nfs show” command to check the status of the NFS service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For CIFS you can use to command “cifs shares” &amp;nbsp;If CIFS protocol is enabled it will display all the shares however if it’s not enabled it will give you a message “CIFS not running”&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Similarly if you type the command “cifs ? “ it will give you the commands associated to CIFS however if CIFS protocol is not running than it will give you a message “CIFS not running”&lt;/P&gt;</description>
