Unable to access NetApp Filer from Oracle Enterprise Manager 11.1

I am getting this error message "xxx is unreachable over the network or is down" from OEM 11.1 when trying to access a NetApp Filer.

Have opened a ticket to Oracle Support who referred me to NetApp.

The plug-in was incorporated in Oracle Enterprise Manager 11.1.

I am able to add the NetApp Filer wiith the error message but get the error message when trying to access any filer information.

Anyone experience this in 11g?

Hi Renee,

We are supporting NetApp Storage Plug-in for OEM 12c. This plug-in has been developed by NetApp.

OEM 11.1 version of NetApp Storage plug-in is managed and owned by Oracle.

We don't have much experience on older version of plug-in but I would recommend to check if SNMP is configured properly because this plug-in requires SNMP communication.
