.tmp files appear

One of the users have a netapp share mapped on Windows 7 laptop. He is noticing .tmp files and unable to delete them. These files still continues to appear after closing all the files saved in drive.

Any suggestions to fix this problem would be helpful.

Hi,

Could you please provide the OS version, cmode or 7 mode, security style on the qtree, export policy rules in case of cmode and whether the shares are used by NFS clients as well
