Basic questions on Ontap upgrade 7 -mode- Can some help

1. Can I upgrade Data Ontap 7-mode [Release 7.3.3P2] to 7-mode 8.1.4, Directly or I need to first go to 7.3.7 ?

B'cos there is nothing runing on 7.3.3P2, even if I wipe out and install 8.0 , it should be alright, but I am concerend about license.
2. Will I need a separte license keys for 8.0 ?

Yes, it should be possible, but you are advised to check release notes. Anyway, update to 7.3.7 takes 15 minutes and does not harm. No new licenses are required for 8.1.
