Antivirus Connector is online, but the clustered Data ONTAP system is offline

Hello Community,

I try to configure Trend Micro to scan my cdot vserver.

I installed Antivirus Connector, register an domain account on vserver and assign it as privileged user in my scanner pool.

In the filer List on VSCAN server, Antivirus connector is online but not the vserver

AV connector service is running with the same privileged user.

Do you know why vserver are seen offline from vscan server (vscan connection-status show 0 connected server ) ?
